Where does Seed & Bulb ship?
We ship worldwide. Your order can travel beyond our local market, so you can shop for garden seeds, flower bulbs, plants and seed-starting supplies wherever you are.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free when your order totals $40 or more. Orders under $40 have an $8 shipping charge.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Transit time can vary by destination, but this is the delivery window we use for orders shipped worldwide.

How can I get help with an order?

What should I do if my item arrived defective?
Email us about the defect, then return the item by mail. We cover the return shipping when the item is defective.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return an item by mail within 30 days. The return shipping cost is yours unless the item arrived defective.
Will I receive a refund for a return?
Approved returns receive a full refund. You pay the return shipping for a standard return; defective items can be returned free of charge.
Does my purchase have a warranty?
Each product carries its manufacturer's warranty. If you need help with a warranty matter, email support@seedandbulb.pro.
