Description
Cornish King is a Division 1 trumpet daffodil: one flower grows on each stem, and the corona is as long as or longer than the petals and sepals. Trumpet daffodils generally produce larger bulbs and can make a strong focal point in a bed.
Plant bulbs in compost-enriched soil at about three times their height, usually 3–8 inches deep, in full sun or at least 8 hours of direct sunlight. They are suited to zones 3–8 and flower well as long-lived perennials.
