Greenland is a Viridiflora tulip, a group defined by single flowers with partly greenish tepals and a late flowering period. It works well in garden combinations and makes a striking cut flower for arrangements.
Plant tulip bulbs four times their height deep, usually 8–10 inches for regular-sized bulbs. Grow them in a garden design where their mid- to late-spring flowers can be seen alongside other plants.
