Ruby Giant is a tommasinianus crocus variety with six-petaled, cup-shaped flowers and grasslike foliage. It blooms early, when little else shows color.
Plant in fall in a sunny spot for late winter to early spring flowers. Great for rock gardens, forcing and naturalizing in lawns.
