Tulipa 'Banja Luka' belongs with the peacocks and parrots of the bulb world, a group grown for size, shape and color range. Almost every color except true blue occurs in tulips, with intensity shifting by climate and season.
Sow bulbs 4 times their height deep, about 8″-10″ for regular tulips and 4″-6″ for small types. Plant outside in fall for spring bloom.
