Burpee Bay Laurel is an ornamental shrub that grows as a houseplant or outdoors. Its dark-green leaves become especially fragrant when dried and add earthy flavor to stews, soups, sauces and bouquet garni.
Use the leaves in wreaths and garlands as well. The plant is hardy to zone 8.
