Burpee Big Boss Man Hot Pepper

Big Boss Man is an ancho-poblano hybrid that produces extra-large dark-green fruits with a rich flavour and moderate heat. The peppers reach about 7 inches long and 3 inches wide, while the plants are bred for outsized yields. Its Scoville rating ranges from 1,500 to 4,000, placing it in the mild-to-moderate hot pepper range rather than the fiery end of the scale.
