Eastern Magic is a broccoli bred for the northeast US and Canada. High-domed plants reach 28-30 in and form hefty blue-green crowns.
Heat-tolerant plants hold up in long day length. Ships in the live-goods season for planting outside after frost; crowns eat well sauteed, roasted, steamed or raw.
