Honorine Jobert Japanese anemone produces dazzling 2-inch white flowers tinged pink, with frilly yellow stamens and chartreuse centers.
Flowers cluster from August into September on erect dark-green stems 3 to 4 feet tall with oval, palmate, toothed leaves. Fast-growing plants thrive in full sun or partial shade in moist, humus-rich soil, massed in borders, in woodland settings, or as cut flowers.
