Mizuna is an heirloom Japanese mustard from Burpee. Plants form thin stalks with bright-green, heavily serrated leaves with a feathery look for the garden bed and the salad bowl.
Leaves add peppery zing to mixed-green salads and cook well sauteed or stir-fried. Cut-and-come-again plants keep producing and tolerate heat.
