Burgundy is a purple sprouting broccoli that makes one moderate to small main head, then generous side shoots. Tender and flavorful across a wider range of temperatures than most purple types for a longer harvest.
Pinch the first small floret when visible to push more side shoots. Resistant to Fusarium yellows.
