Description
Envy zinnias produce 3–4-inch edible blooms on heat-loving plants that keep flowering in beds, borders and containers. Individual flowers last a long time on the plant and in a vase. The blooms have little flavor; the central disk may taste bitter, so the petals work best as garnishes for salads, desserts, cold drinks and serving trays.
