White Russian is a cross between Red Russian and Siberian kale, introduced by Wild Garden Seeds in 1994. Its leaves become especially sweet in cool weather and withstand frost.
Harvest the plants young for baby greens, or allow them to mature for full-size kale. Grow them in full sun for quick, productive harvests.
