Description
Sweet William is a Dianthus barbatus biennial with 4-inch clusters of half-inch flowers on 18 to 24-inch stems, blooming in June and after. Sow on the surface and cover lightly, 10 to 12 inches apart; sprouts in 7 to 10 days at 65 to 75ºF and flowers the second season.
The right-sized packet holds 100 seeds. Plants grow upright for beds, containers, and cutting, and regular picking keeps blooms coming.
