Narcissus Congress is a Division 11 split-corona daffodil, with the cup split for more than half its length and spread back against the petals. Daffodils return for many years when given sun, water, and nutrition.
Plant 3 times the bulb height deep, about 3-8 inches, in compost-enriched soil in full sun or at least half a day of direct sun. The flowers pick well for arrangements.
