Nerine undulata is a South African bulb with exotic, spicy-scented pink flowers. Narrow, wavy petals curl back from bare 18–24 inch stems, with blooms appearing in early fall until a hard freeze.
It makes a strong cut flower and grows well in containers. Give it a long growing season, planting three to five bulbs per square foot; the bulbs can overwinter in zone 7 with a frost canopy to protect the winter leaves.
