Oxalis tetraphylla makes mounds of 3, sometimes 4-leafed plants with mostly 5-petaled flowers. It blooms early summer to frost.
Use 10 per square foot in the garden, under larger bulbs and perennials or in patio planters. It does well in partial shade and handles full sun even in hot, humid summers, indoors or outdoors in pots.
