Yellow Queen is a Hyacinthus orientalis with dense heads of tubular, slightly reflexed florets on 8 to 10 inch stems. Plants grow 7 to 11 inches tall when spaced at 5 per square foot.
The rigid heads suit geometric bedding and forcing. Bulbs arrive later in the fall while the stock finishes drying.
