Description
Zephyranthes citrina produces starry, upward-facing, crocus-like flowers several times a season, especially after rain. The main display generally comes in August and September, with blooms held on 6″–12″ stems.
These bulbs tolerate a range of soils and perform best in full sun. They can also grow in pots kept in water; in zones 4–6, keep container-grown bulbs dry and protected from freezing while dormant.
