Ambition is a long to intermediate day shallot from Burpee. It forms rust-toned, globe-shaped shallots about 1½–2 inches with ivory-rose flesh and a sweeter taste than garlic for soups, sauces and meats.
Sow the 100-seed packet to grow a high-yielding crop. Harvested bulbs keep 60-90 days in storage.
