Catskill is a Brussels sprouts variety introduced in 1941. It is a prodigious producer of bountiful yields of richly flavored, extra-large, deep-green 2-inch round sprouts that flank super-sturdy stalks.
A flavorful favorite, good for both fresh eating or freezing.
