Description
Poblano (Ancho) is one of the most popular peppers grown in Mexico. Plants grow to 2-1/2 feet tall and bear fruits picked green or left to ripen red.
Fully ripened red fruits are much hotter and more flavorful than earlier-picked green ones. Germination-tested seed starts indoors for transplants, then plant outside after frost.
