Red Dragon is a bicolor Napa cabbage variety with oval leaves that are dark, deep-purple on the inside and radiant green on the outside. Leaves have a crisp texture and subtly sweet flavor.
Use fresh leaves in kimchi, stir fries, stews, soups, cole slaw and salads.
