Snowbird is a very early, erect, dwarf pea growing 18 inches tall. It bears large numbers of 3-inch pods in groups of two to three, ready to pick 58 days after sowing.
Pick when peas are just forming and eat the entire pod. Cook like snap beans, stir-fried or briefly so pods stay crisp.
