Tenderglow is a Lebanese-type zucchini with slightly wider mature fruits than traditional varieties, giving cooks more room for roasting, stuffing and zucchini boats. The open growth habit makes harvesting easier, while resistance to common viruses supports the plants through the season.
The fruits can also be picked young with the blossoms attached for frying. This variety is popular in Mediterranean and Hispanic cooking.
