Baby Choi is an Asian green, also called pak choi, picked at 5"-6" tall for stir fry and marinated salads. Plants resist bolting and fit containers and mixed plantings.
Sow in full sun to part shade for fall harvests. Harvest outer leaves or whole heads young for the most tender texture.
