Belstar broccoli is selected for heat tolerance and suits spring or late-summer sowing. It produces tightly packed blue-green heads followed by smaller side shoots, allowing multiple harvests; in mild climates, it can also grow through winter.
An inert organic coating makes the seeds easier to see while sowing.
