Description
Black Knight scabiosa grows dark, almost-black blooms on long stems. Known since the 1600s as Blackmoor's Beauty, it blooms over an exceptionally long season and tolerates fairly dry conditions.
Fresh stems suit cut bouquets, while dried seed heads add shape to arrangements. Flowers draw bees and butterflies.
