Elves Blend brings together shorter sunflowers in large and small classic forms plus multi-petaled pom-pom types. Branching plants load up with sunny yellow blooms from summer to fall.
Petals add color to salads and desserts, and young buds cook like artichoke hearts grilled, marinated or sauteed. Use it in containers or as a short annual hedge.
