Gourmet Baby Greens Mesclun combines equal parts of 'Buttercrunch', 'Black Seeded Simpson', 'Green Salad Bowl', 'Lolla Rossa', 'Red Oak Leaf', and 'Rouge d'Hiver'. The mix brings together butterhead, leaf, and romaine lettuces, all of which remain good to eat when harvested at full size.
The seeds suit containers indoors or outdoors and can also edge a flower bed. Harvest the leaves young for baby greens, or let them develop further for larger salads.
