Mammoth Melting Sugar is a heirloom snow pea, Pisum sativum. The 1-ounce packet holds about 125-145 seeds.
Sow 1 inch deep outdoors, 1-2 inches apart, once soil reaches 50-75ºF. Sprouts in 7-14 days. Plants reach 5 feet and need support. Pick every day for continuous harvest. Fall planting from a late sowing gives a smaller crop.
