Pink Dandelion forms low rosettes of pastel pink petals around apricot-colored centers. This wildflower from Central Asia has edible and medicinal properties associated with yellow dandelion and provides an early spring food source for native nectar-seeking insects.
Sow the seeds on the surface and press them into the soil because light helps them germinate. Start indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost or sow outdoors around the last frost or in autumn; the plants suit beds, borders, containers and naturalized areas.
