Bordeaux is a Convallaria with nodding, bell-shaped, extremely fragrant flowers on 6 to 8 inch stems over dark green, bold, lance-shaped foliage. Leaves and flowers appear in late spring.
Plant 5 per square foot in shady, evenly moist spots under shrubs and perennials. It spreads by underground rhizomes and often takes a season to settle in.
