Description
Georgia is the heirloom collard for traditional southern cooking. The tender leaves lend heft to stew, minestrone and stuffing, and cook well steamed, braised or stir-fried.
Sow in spring and again in late summer for a fall to winter harvest. Pairs traditionally with ham hocks or other pork dishes.
