Hot Lemon is an heirloom pepper from the markets of Ecuador. Fruits ripen to pure lemon yellow in about 80 days but stay flavorful when green, with tender skin and a spicy aroma with a hint of pine.
Use fresh or in sauces. Fruits are narrow, 3-4 in. long and distinctively wrinkled, as hot as cayenne.
