Romanian Red is a porcelain hardneck garlic from Romania with jumbo bulbs and cloves. The cloves peel easily, taste pungent and very hot, and keep well in storage.
Plant cloves in fall for harvest the next summer. Bulbs ship in fall, September through November, to northern areas first.
