Chef's Medley is an organic mesclun mix chosen by Boulder, Colorado chef John Platt. It combines Lolla Rossa and Oak Leaf lettuces at 25% each, with Black Seeded Simpson, Summer Bibb, arugula, mizuna and tatsoi at 10% each.
The mix grows well in containers and provides a varied harvest for fresh salads and other dishes.
