Golden Sweet is a snow pea collected from an Indian market. Vines reach 6 to 8 feet and carry bi-colored purple flowers followed by flat, lemon-yellow pods.
Use tender pods raw, steamed or stir-fried. Fully mature tan seeds with purple speckles work as dried soup peas.
