'Prolific' is a self-pollinating hardy kiwi, Actinidia arguta. Vines crop oblong fruit with smooth green skin tinged red in September to October.
Unlike fuzzy kiwis, the whole fruit eats fresh with no peeling. Grow it on a trellis or fence in partial shade, or keep it in a container. Ships in the live-plant season; cannot ship to AL or OR.
