Red Power cabbage makes uniform pointed heads of 1.5 to 2 lb with tightly wrapped magenta leaves. Compact upright plants harvest easily in smaller gardens.
With more room it can reach full size. Sweet mild flavor shines fresh in salads, in stir-fries or roasted.
