Romanian Red hardneck garlic is a porcelain variety originally brought to British Columbia from Romania. Bulbs are large and very dense, usually with 4 to 5 cloves streaked and lined on a buff brown background.
Flavor is hot and pungent with a healthy bite. Garlic is sourced from local farms and hand-harvested. Preorders are sold out with more coming in late September or October.
