Tendergreen is a Japanese mustard spinach, also called komatsuna. Flat, smooth, dark glossy green leaves pick well as baby greens or full size, milder than other mustards.
Hardy plants are slow to bolt and stand cold, heat and dry spells, with best results in cool weather.
