Description
Thumbelina is a 1963 All-America Selections winner that stays shorter yet produces an abundance of cheerful blossoms in a wide range of colors. Each flower lasts a very long time on the plant or in a vase.
Zinnias thrive in heat, bloom all season, and grow well in containers. The colorful petals can garnish salads, desserts, cold drinks, or serving trays; the central disk can be bitter.
