White Lady is a premium Japanese salad turnip with smooth white roots and a slightly sweet, fruity flavor. Greens cook up delicious alongside the roots.
Sow in full sun to part shade for baby turnips or full-size harvests. Pick 2" roots in about 30 days, or let them size to 4"-5" in about 40 days for salads, crudites, pickling and cooking.
