Description
Baby Pak Choi is an open-pollinated Asian green that can begin cutting in about 45 days and continue producing for several weeks. It grows well in containers and can be sown in midsummer for a fall crop.
Sow seeds ¼ inch deep in spring when soil reaches at least 60°F, or start indoors 4–5 weeks before the last frost. Thin or transplant to 6–12 inches apart. Harvest individual leaves or entire heads, and keep the soil evenly moist in fertile, organic-rich soil.
