Description
Adirondack Blue is a mid-season potato with purple-bluish skin and deep blue, moist flesh. The round to oblong tubers hold color well for potato salad, roasting, and fresh chips.
Live tubers ship in spring season from mid-March through end of April. Plant whole or cut pieces with 2-3 eyes each, 6 inches apart in rows 3 feet apart, then hill soil over the vines as they grow. One 2-pound order plants about 8-10 feet of row.
