Blue Wave Petunia (Petunia hybrida) is an All-America Selections winner with a mounding, spreading form suited to beds, containers, hanging baskets and window boxes. The pelleted seeds are easy to handle and start indoors 8–10 weeks before the last frost.
Sow on the soil surface and press gently into place. Transplant after the last frost, then water and feed container plants regularly to support flowering through the season.
