Daikon Radish sprouting seed brings a sharp radish bite to salads and sprout mixes and pairs well with alfalfa. The 3-ounce packet is sized for repeated jar batches.
Soak 1 Tbsp overnight, drain, then rinse twice daily and hold in the dark at 60-70ºF until harvest in 3-5 days. Store finished sprouts in the refrigerator.
