Royal Ensign Convolvulus is a low-spreading annual with true-blue flowers and white throats. Sow 1/8 inch deep and thin to 8-12 inches apart; sprouts in 14-21 days at 65-75°F.
Soaking seed a few hours helps sprouting. Blooms in about 80-90 days from seed in full sun.
