Description
Wild Arugula is a slower-maturing, spicier roquette with narrow, deeply cut dark green leaves. Plants stay under 8" and hold longer before bolting, giving spring, summer and fall cuts.
Sow 1/8" deep outdoors from early spring through late summer, about 30-60 seeds per foot, then thin to 2-3" apart. Sprouts in 4-14 days at 60-70ºF soil. Start cutting leaves at 2-4" and sow every 2-3 weeks.
